I’m quite certain all you iPhone 3GS owners out there in iPhone land are simply chaffing at the bit to get hold of the latest iPhone operating system which Apple has decided to rename iOS 4 and is due to hit the masses sometime today.

Our guess is that Apple will release iOS 4 approximately around the same date as it did previously, so we are probably looking at somewhere around 9AM or 10AM Pacific duration, which for us by here in the UK should be about 5pm or 6pm.

Now the thing is, once Apple released iOS 4 for download you just know there is going to be

one huge wave of traffic hitting the downloads page, and so there could well be a few issues in grabbing hold of iOS 4 initially.

Frustration can build very quickly when you are trying to download a new operating system and issues happen, so with that in mind, are you so eager to grab iOS 4 that you will try to download is today, or can you be a little patient and wait until tomorrow? Feel free to drop us a comment on whether you are going to courageous the onslaught or wait it out.
